How You Log In
When you click the Login button, you leave this site and land on the operator's own sign-in page. That page is where you enter your username and password — we never ask for them here.

Forgot Your Password?
On the sign-in page, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter the phone number linked to your account. A reset code arrives by SMS. If the message doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder or that your number is correct.
Still nothing? Contact the operator's customer support directly from the lobby — they can resend the code or verify your identity another way. Never ask anyone else to request a reset on your behalf.
Why Verification Happens Only Once
The operator asks you to verify your identity once, before your first withdrawal, to confirm you are who you say you are. This stops someone else from withdrawing funds if they gained access to your account.
After that single check, you don't need to verify again each time you log in. The system trusts your login credentials going forward — that is why keeping your username and password private matters.
Spotting a Scam Attempt
A scammer might message you pretending to be support and ask for the one-time code sent to your phone. They claim it's for 'verification' or 'security' — it is a lie. That code is yours alone; giving it away lets them reset your password and empty your balance.
Real support never asks for your code. If you receive such a request, ignore it and report it to the operator. Also, use the dashboard to set daily deposit and session limits — that way, even if someone logs in, they cannot drain your ringgit in one go.
